We ordered 2 saltados. Food was great, tasty but very salty. The service was good and the atmosphere was great. It felt like being at a restaurant in the Caribbean. Dessert was average.
Service: Server Santiago M. was excellent—very patient and took the time to clearly explain the menu. I brought friends who were visiting for the first time, and he was extremely thoughtful. Food and drinks were paced perfectly, and his recommendations were great. Truly outstanding service. Food: I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and love it, but over the last few visits the food hasn’t been as consistent as before. Unfortunately, the fish did not seem as fresh as it used to be. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I hope the kitchen can return to the quality it was known for.
Excellent Peruvian restaurant. Outstanding customer service. Great food. We had Jalea Mixta, Arroz con Mariscos, Chaufa de Carne and Ceviche de Pescado. Nicely portions.
La Perla Seafood Bar & Grill in Weston is a standout destination for authentic Peruvian cuisine, offering a vibrant atmosphere complemented by live music on weekends and attentive service. The restaurant’s cozy setting, combined with its flavorful dishes, makes it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. I typically order The anticuchos, traditional Peruvian skewers made from marinated beef heart. I would describe them as marinated filet mignon pieces nestled on top of crunchy potato croquettes. They are my favorite! The Tallarines Verdes, or green pasta, is another favorite. This dish features pasta tossed in a vibrant basil and spinach sauce, my daughter opted for no protein as she doesn’t eat meat. Great flavor from the spinach sauce. Overall, La Perla offers a delightful culinary experience that captures the essence of Peruvian flavors. Whether you’re indulging in the savory anticuchos, the rich green pasta, or the refreshing Pisco Sours, you’re in for a memorable meal. I typically sit at the bar with my wife, but today we sat at a table. Osvaldo (I hope I spelled it right) has been there for several years and he makes my Pisco Sour to perfection. He’s a familiar face that I’ve known since I started to frequent the restaurant over the last few years and is always very friendly and willing to chat with us. Five stars to the whole team at La Perla!
We went to the movies and we visited this restaurant. I love Peruvian food so what a nice surprise. This is a really good Peruvian restaurant. Food is really good. My ceviche was delicious, you can tell it is fresh fish. Service is outstanding. We had a really nice experience eating in this restaurant.
This place has become a new favorite for us!!! Food has yet to disappoint!!! Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and presentation was so nice!!! The desserts were delicious! Can’t wait to go back!!!
The food was excellent, seasoned on point. The drinks are great. Their appetizers are also good. We were lucky to go in before rush hour, so our food was out fairly quick. It’s located in a strip mall, and it’s the corner store.
